Woven Patch Waffle Tee

I contacted customer service immediately after placing my order because I wanted to change this T-shirt to a larger size. They did not respond until approximately 24 hours later, by which time the order had already been dispatched.

No practical solution or assistance with exchanging the size was offered. As a result, I have now had to return the unused T-shirt at my own expense, with the return postage costing more than half of the item’s purchase price.

A straightforward issue that could have been resolved easily turned into an unnecessarily expensive and frustrating experience due to slow and unhelpful customer service.

The T-shirts looked and felt nice when new, but the fabric started pilling after washing. This should not happen so quickly, particularly at this price point. Unfortunately, the quality does not live up to expectations. Customer service has also been extremely poor and practically nonexistent, making the overall experience very disappointing.
